幽门螺杆菌感染与非甾体抗炎药对胃溃疡发病的影响

Effect of Helicobacter Pylori Infection and Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs on Gastric Ulcer Pathogenesis

目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与服用非甾体抗炎药对胃溃疡发病的影响。方法:选取2014年6月—2017年6月我院收治的34例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,另选取同期在该科就诊的非胃溃疡患者122例为对照组,分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与服用NSAIDs患胃溃疡的风险及Hp感染、服用NSAIDs与胃溃疡发病情况。结果 :胃溃疡组Hp感染的概率为61.8%,高于对照组的48.4%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);胃溃疡组服用NSAIDs的概率为38.2%,高于对照组的9.8%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);胃溃疡组Hp感染且同时服用NSAIDs者占比为29.4%,明显高于对照组的4.9%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :单纯Hp感染和服用NSAIDs会增加胃溃疡的发生风险,二者均为该病发病的重要危险因素,应给予针对性预防和控制。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Helicobacter pylori infection and taking non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs on gastric ulcer pathogenesis. Methods: 34 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected as subjects investigated, and 122 patients with non-gastric ulcers admitted to the same department in the same period were selected as the control group. The risk and the incidence of gastric ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and taking NSAIDs were analyzed. Results: The probability of Hp infection in the gastric ulcer group was 61.8%, which was higher than 48.4% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The probability of taking NSAIDs in the gastric ulcer group was 38.2%, which was higher than 9.8% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The proportion of Hp infection combined with taking NSAIDs in the gastric ulcer group was 29.4%, which was significantly higher than 4.9% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Simple Hp infection and taking NSAIDs may increase the risk of gastric ulcer, and the both of them are important risk factors for the disease. Targeted prevention and control should be given.
