TAC与TP方案应用于三阴性乳腺癌中的近期疗效与安全性分析

Analysis on Short-term Efficacy and Safety of TAC and TP Regimens in the Treatment of Triple-negative Breast Cancer

目的:探讨TAC方案(多西他赛+环磷酰胺+吡柔比星)与TP方案(多西他赛+顺铂)应用于三阴性乳腺癌的近期疗效和安全性。方法 :选取我院2015年12月—2017年6月收治的106例三阴性乳腺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各53例,对照组使用TP方案治疗,观察组实施TAC方案治疗,观察并比较两组临床疗效、3年内复发转移和生存情况以及不良反应发生率。结果 :观察组的总有效率为86.8%,高于对照组的71.7%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组3年内复发转移率低于对照组,3年内生存率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :针对三阴性乳腺癌患者应用TAC方案治疗,可显著提高临床疗效,降低3年内复发转移率和死亡率,减少不良反应发生率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the short-term efficacy and safety of TAC regimen(docetaxel plus cyclophosphamide plus pirarubicin)and TP regimen(docetaxel plus cisplatin)in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer.Methods:106 patients with triple-negative breast cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,53 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with TP regimen,and the patients in the observation group were treated with TAC regimen.The clinical efficacy,recurrence,metastasis and survival within 3 years and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 86.8%,which was higher than 71.7%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence and metastasis rates within 3 years in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TAC regimen can significantly improve clinical efficacy,reduce recurrence and metastasis rates and mortality within 3 years and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with triple-negative breast cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
