维生素C与磷酸肌酸对肺炎合并心肌损伤患儿疗效比较

摘要 目的:观察维生素C与磷酸肌酸对儿童肺炎合并心肌损伤患者心肌酶的影响。方法 :收集我院2015年6月—2018年6月收治的肺炎合并心肌损伤患儿病历。采用维生素C保护心肌的214例患儿设为对照组,采用磷酸肌酸保护心肌的237例患儿设为观察组。分析两组治疗前与治疗10~14天后肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)值,比较维生素C与磷酸肌酸对心肌酶水平的影响。结果:治疗前后两组CK、CK-MB、LDH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后两组心肌酶临床治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 :应用维生素C注射液与磷酸肌酸钠对肺炎合并心肌损伤患儿心肌酶水平的影响无明显差别。 Objective:To observe the effect of vitamin C and creatine phosphate on myocardial enzymes in children with pneumonia complicated with myocardial injury.Methods:The medical records of children with pneumonia complicated with myocardial injury admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were collected.214 children undergoing myocardial protection by using vitamin C were enrolled as a control group,and 237 children undergoing myocardial protection by using creatine phosphate were enrolled as an observation group.The levels of creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)before treatment and after 10-14 days of treatment in the two groups were analyzed,and the effect of vitamin C and creatine phosphate on the levels of myocardial enzymes was compared.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in CK,CK-MB and LDH levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate in aspects of myocardial enzymes between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no significant difference in the effect of vitamin C injection and sodium creatine phosphate on myocardial enzyme levels in children with pneumonia complicated with myocardial injury.
