清热解毒汤联合西医治疗对手足口病(普通型)患儿血清S100B蛋白及NSE表达的影响

Effect of Qingre Jiedu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine Treatment on Serum S100B Protein and NSE Expressions in Children with Hand-foot-and-mouth Diseases (common type)

目的:分析清热解毒汤联合西医治疗对普通型手足口病患儿血清S100B蛋白及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)表达的影响。方法 :选取我院2016年3月—2018年3月收治的普通型手足口病患儿120例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用清热解毒汤(1剂/d)治疗,比较两组治疗7 d后的疗效、安全性,比较两组治疗前后血清S100B蛋白、NSE表达水平。结果 :观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗期间均无不良反应发生;治疗后,观察组血清S100B、NSE水平均较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :清热解毒汤联合西医治疗小儿普通型手足口病的疗效确切,利于降低患儿血清S100B蛋白及NSE表达,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of qingre jiedu decoction combined with Western medicine treatment on serum S100 B protein and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)expressions in children with common handfoot-and-mouth diseases.Methods:120 children with common hand-foot-and-mouth diseases admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases each.The children in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the children in the observation group were treated with qingre jiedu decoction(1 dose/d)on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and safety after 7 days of treatment were compared between the two groups,and the expressions of serum S100 B protein and NSE before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction during the treatment period in the two groups.After treatment,the levels of serum S100 B and NSE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre jiedu decoction combined with Western medicine treatment is effective in the treatment of common hand-foot-and-mouth diseases in children,which is beneficial to the decrease of serum S100 B protein and NSE expressions in children,and has high safety.
