泮托拉唑联合铝碳酸镁对消化内镜术后并发胃溃疡患者溃疡愈合的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Effect of Pantoprazole Combined with Hydrotalcite on Ulcer Healing in Patients with Gastric Ulcer after Digestive Endoscopy

目的:探讨泮托拉唑联合铝碳酸镁对消化内镜术后并发胃溃疡患者的溃疡愈合效果的影响。方法:选取我院2016年4月—2018年10月收治的126例消化内镜术后并发胃溃疡患者,利用随机数字表法分为两组,各63例。对照组采用注射用泮托拉唑(40 mg,qd)治疗,观察组采用泮托拉唑+铝碳酸镁(1.0 g,qid)治疗,比较两组溃疡愈合疗效、溃疡面积、胃溃疡黏膜表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)及不良反应。结果:观察组溃疡愈合总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前,两组溃疡面积及胃溃疡黏膜EGFR、b FGF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组溃疡面积及胃溃疡黏膜EGFR、bFGF较治疗前均改善,且观察组溃疡面积较对照组小,胃溃疡黏膜EGFR、bFGF水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:泮托拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗消化内镜术后并发胃溃疡患者溃疡愈合的效果显著,可有效缩小溃疡面积,保护胃黏膜,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of pantoprazole combined with hydrotalcite on ulcer healing in patients with gastric ulcer after digestive endoscopy.Methods:126 patients with gastric ulcer after digestive endoscopy admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,63 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with pantoprazole(40 mg,qd)for injection,and the patients in the observation group were treated with pantoprazole plus hydrotalcite(1.0 g,qid).The healing effect of ulcers,ulcer area and gastric ulcer mucosa epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),basic?broblast growth factor(bFGF)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate for ulcer healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signi?cant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically signi?cant differences in ulcer area and gastric ulcer mucosa EGFR and bFGF levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The ulcer area and gastric ulcer mucosa EGFR and bFGF in the two groups after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment,and the ulcer area in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,while the levels of gastric ulcer mucosa EGFR and bFGF were higher than those in the control group,with statistically signi?cant differences(P<0.05).There was no signi?cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pantoprazole combined with hydrotalcite is signi?cantly effective in ulcer healing in patients with gastric ulcer after digestive endoscopy,which can effectively reduce ulcer area and protect gastric mucosa,and has high safety.
