冠心宁注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Guanxinning Injection Combined with Rosuvastatin in the Treatment of Angina pectoris Due to Coronary Heart Diseases

目的:观察冠心宁注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年4月—2017年7月我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者94例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组单纯予以瑞舒伐他汀(10 mg,qd)治疗,观察组在此基础上加用冠心宁注射液(20 mL+0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL静脉滴注治疗,qd)治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应情况,并比较两组治疗前后血脂及血液流变学指标水平。结果:观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组血液流变学全血高切黏度(HBV)、全血低切黏度(LBV)、红细胞刚性指数(HGX)、纤维蛋白原(PF)以及血脂指标低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:冠心宁注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效确切,能够有效改善患者血液流变学及血脂水平,且安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of guanxinning injection combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of angina pectoris due to coronary heart diseases.Methods:94 patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart diseases admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,47 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with rosuvastatin(10 mg,qd)alone,and the patients in the observation group were treated with guanxinning injection(20 mL+0.9%sodium chloride injection 250 mL intravenous drip,qd).The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the levels of blood lipids and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy in the observation group was signi?cantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signi?cant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemorheology whole blood high-viscosity(HBV),whole blood low-cut viscosity(LBV),erythrocyte rigidity index(HGX),?brinogen(PF)and lipid indexes such as low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)in the the observation group were signi?cantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signi?cant(P<0.05).There was no signi?cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Guanxinning injection combined with rosuvastatin is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris due to coronary heart diseases,which can effectively improve patients’blood hemorheology and blood lipid levels,and is safe.
