摘要
目的:研究血必净与乌司他汀在重症感染中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年2月—2018年1月我院收治的重症感染病患74例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组各37例。两组均常规应用乌司他汀(10万U,加入5%葡萄糖注射液500 mL,ivgtt,qd)治疗,试验组加用血必净注射液(20 mL加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL,ivgtt,bid)治疗。比较两组不良反应发生情况、转手术率以及住院时间等指标。结果:试验组不良反应发生率、转手术率、死亡率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组住院时间、恢复时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:血必净与乌司他汀联合治疗重症感染可有效缓解临床症状,降低死亡率,缩短住院治疗时间,且安全性高,建议使用和推广。
Objective:To study the application value of xuebijing and ulinastatin in severe infection.Methods:74 patients with severe infections admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to January 2018 were selected as subjects investigated,and they were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,37 cases each.The patients in the two groups were given conventional treatment with ulinastatin(100,000 U,it was added to 5%glucose injection 500 mL,ivgtt,qd),and the patients in the experimental group were further treated with xuebijing injection(20 mL injection was added to 0.9%sodium chloride injection 100 mL,ivgtt,bid).The incidence of adverse reactions,surgery rate,hospitalization time and other indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions and the surgery rate in the experimental group were signi?cantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signi?cant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and recovery time in the experimental group were signi?cantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signi?cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing combined with ulinastatin can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce mortality and shorten hospitalization time in the treatment of severe infection,and has high safety,so it is recommended to be used and promoted.
