银屑胶囊联合盐酸西替利嗪对慢性湿疹患者皮肤屏障的影响

Effect of Yinxie Capsules Combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride on Skin Barrier in Patients with Chronic Eczema

目的:探讨银屑胶囊联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗慢性湿疹的临床治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年10月—2019年2月我院收治的96例慢性湿疹患者病例资料,根据治疗方式的不同分为两组,各48例。对照组予以盐酸西替利嗪片(10 mg,qd)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用银屑胶囊(1.8 g,tid)治疗,比较两组皮肤屏障功能、各症状积分及临床治疗总有效率。结果:两组治疗后经皮水分丢失(TEWL)均降低,皮肤油脂均增加,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组各症状积分均低于对照组,临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:银屑胶囊与盐酸西替利嗪联合治疗慢性湿疹的疗效确切,可有效改善患者的皮肤屏障功能,促进各临床症状好转。

Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of yinxie capsules combined with cetirizine hydrochloride on chronic eczema.Methods:The case data of 96 patients with chronic eczema admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,48 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets(10 mg,qd),and the patients in the observation group were further treated with yinxie capsules(1.8 g,tid).The skin barrier function,symptom scores and the total effective rate of the clinical treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the transepidermal water loss(TEWL)in the two groups decreased,and skin oil increased,and the amplitude of the changes in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,with statistically signi?cant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate of the clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically signi?cant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinxie capsules combined with cetirizine hydrochloride are effective in the treatment of chronic eczema,which can effectively improve the skin barrier function of the patients and promote the improvement of various clinical symptoms.
