Analysis of 25 ADR Reports by Gugua Extractives Injection in Our Hospital

目的:探讨骨瓜提取物注射剂致不良反应的临床特点及发生规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾性分析本院2010年—2017年上报广东省药品不良反应管理平台的25例骨瓜提取物注射剂不良反应。结果:骨瓜提取物注射剂所致不良反应多在用药30 min内发生,主要的不良反应是过敏反应和皮肤损害;此外还可引起过敏性休克等较少见的严重不良反应。结论:骨瓜提取物注射剂引起的不良反应要予以重视,临床应合理地使用减少不良反应的发生。

Objective:To explore the general pattern of occurrence and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)induced by gugua extractives injection,so as to provide references for rational clinical application of this drug.Methods:The 25 ADR cases induced by gugua extractives injection,reported to the Guangdong Center for ADR Monitoring,which occurred in the hospital from 2010—2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The ADRs occurred within 30 min after gugua extractives injection.The majority of the ADRs were allergic reactions and skin lesions.It also induced serious ADRs,such as allergic shock.Conclusion:ADR induced by gugua extractives injection should be taken seriously and investigated,and rational use of gugua extractives injection can reduce its ADRs.
