Pharmaceutical Basis for Making Decision of Intravenous Administration

目的:探讨静脉给药方法决策的药学基础。方法:查阅文献,总结静脉给药相关的药学知识。结果:静脉给药时溶媒/输液剂的选择、药液浓度、保存和输注条件、输液器械的选择、给药顺序、给药部位、给药速度、给药间隔等注意事项均与药物的药学特征相关。结论:必须掌握静脉给药相关的药学知识,才能正确、合理地运用此种给药方式,保障患者用药安全和有效。

Objective:To explore the pharmaceutical basis for making the decision of intravenous administration.Methods:Literature review was conducted to summarize the pharmaceutical knowledge associated with intravenous administration.Results:The matters needing attention such as selection of solvent/infusion solution,concentration of drug solution,preservation and infusion conditions,selection of infusion devices,administration sequence,administration sites,administration speed and administration interval are relevant to the pharmaceutical characteristics of drugs.Conclusion:It is necessary to master the pharmaceutical knowledge associated with intravenous administration in order to use this administration method correctly and reasonably to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use in patients.
