摘要
目的:分析某三甲医院2017年度常见革兰阴性杆菌的耐药情况。方法:对2017年度医院分离到的革兰阴性杆菌做药敏分析。结果:共分离出2 655株革兰阴性菌,其中含量前5位分别为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和阴沟肠杆菌;碳青霉烯类对肠杆菌科细菌的敏感性较高;对铜绿假单胞菌敏感性较高的药物有多黏菌素(80.12%)、阿米卡星(78.33%)、左氧氟沙星(73.51%)、环丙沙星(76.23%)和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(73.31%);对鲍曼不动杆菌,除多黏菌素(85.87%)敏感性较高外,其余均低于60%。结论:碳青霉烯类药物对肠杆菌科细菌仍保持较高活性,但对非发酵革兰阴性菌的耐药性较高。
Objective:To analyze the drug resistance of common Gram-negative bacilli in a 3 A grade hospital in 2017.Methods:The drug sensitivity of Gram-negative bacilli isolated from the hospital in 2017 was analyzed.Results:A total of 2 655 Gram-negative bacteria were isolated,of which the top five bacteria were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii and Enterobacter cloacae.Carbopenems are more sensitive to Enterobacteriaceae.Polymyxins(80.12%),amikacin(78.33%),levofloxacin(73.51%),ciprofloxacin(76.23%)and cefoperazone/sulbactam(73.31%)are more sensitive to Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Polymyxins have higher sensitivity(85.87%)to Acinetobacter baumannii,and other drugs has lower sensitivity(below 60%).Conclusion:Carbapenems remain highly active against Enterobacteriaceae,but they have higher resistance to non-fermenting Gram-negative bacteria.
