摘要
目的:探讨冰敷对非碱性药物静脉输液外渗致水泡的临床疗效。方法:将90例发生静脉严重外渗有水泡形成的患儿,按时间顺序分为硫酸镁组、喜辽妥组和冰敷组,各30例。硫酸镁组采用50%硫酸镁湿热敷周围肿胀处,喜辽妥组采用涂抹喜疗妥,冰敷组采用冰敷患处。比较三组外渗部位皮肤预后情况。结果:冰敷组中有14例患儿的外渗水泡未经结痂直接消退痊愈,水泡平均消退时间为(36.0±1.3)h,其余16人出现结痂;硫酸镁组及喜辽妥组未发现水泡消退;冰敷组肿胀消退时间、肤色恢复时间、水泡结痂时间及愈合时间均短于硫酸镁与喜辽妥组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.0 5)。结论:冰敷组在治疗静脉输液外渗有水泡形成疗效较好,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ice compress on blisters caused by exosmosis due to venous infusion.Methods:90 children with blisters formed by exosmosis due to venous infusion were divided into a magnesium sulfate group,a mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream group and an ice compress group,30 cases each.The patients in the magnesium sulfate group were treated by wet heat compress with 50%magnesium sulfate around the swelling positions.The patients in the mucopolysaccharide polysulfate group were treated by smearing mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream.The patients in the ice compress group were compressed with ice.The skin prognosis of the exosmosis positions in the three groups was compared.Results:The blisters caused by exosmosis in 14 patients were cured without scab formation in the ice compress group,and the average time of blister regression was(36.0±1.3)h,and the remaining 16 patients showed scab formation.No blister regressed in the magnesium sulfate group and the mucopolysaccharide polysulfate group.The time of swelling regression,skin color recovery,blister scab formation and healing in the ice compress group was shorter than that in the magnesium sulfate group and the mucopolysaccharide polysulfate group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment in the ice compress group has a good effect on the formation of blisters caused by exosmosis due to venous infusion,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
