复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗桥本甲状腺炎的临床价值及对患者甲状腺功能的影响

Clinical Value of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in the Adjuvant Treatment of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and Their Effect on Thyroid Functions of Patients

目的:探讨分析复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗桥本甲状腺炎的临床疗效及对患者甲状腺功能的影响。方法:选择2015年1月—2018年1月我院收治的80例桥本甲状腺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组使用左甲状腺素钠(初始剂量,25~50μg,qd)治疗,观察组给予左甲状腺素钠联合复方丹参滴丸(2~10粒,tid)治疗,比较两组临床疗效以及治疗后对患者甲状腺功能的影响。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);治疗后观察组甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)及甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)水平均较对照组低,甲状腺峡部、左叶、右叶前后径均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)结论:复方丹参滴丸辅佐治疗桥本甲状腺炎的效果显著,可改善患者自身免疫功能,有利于恢复甲状腺功能,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound danshen dripping pills in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and their effect on thyroid functions of the patients.Methods:80 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as subjects investigated,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,40 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with levothyroxine sodium(initial dose,25~50μg,qd),and the patients in the observation group were treated with levothyroxine sodium combined with compound danshen dripping pills(2~10 capsules,tid).The clinical efficacy and effect on thyroid functions of the patients after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 70.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)and thyroid peroxidase antibody antibody(TPOAb)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the anterior and posterior diameters of thyroid isthmus parts,left lobes and right lobes in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound danshen dripping pills have a significant effect in the adjuvant treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,which can improve the autoimmune functions of the patients,and are conducive to the recovery of thyroid functions,safe and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
