冠心舒通胶囊治疗心绞痛合并高血压的临床疗效及对预后的影响研究

Clinical Efficacy of Guanxin Shutong Capsules in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris Combined with Hypertension and Its Effect on Prognosis

目的:研究分析冠心舒通胶囊治疗心绞痛合并高血压的疗效及对预后的影响。方法:选取2014年6月—2015年6月我院收治的120名心绞痛合并高血压患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(常规基础治疗)和试验组[在对照组的基础上给予冠心舒通胶囊(0.9 g,tid)治疗],各60例。比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况,并随访2年,比较两组病死率和心脑血管事件发生率。结果:治疗后,试验组高血压及心绞痛治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组硝酸甘油停用率高于对照组,心脑血管事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用冠心舒通胶囊治疗心绞痛伴高血压的疗效显著,可改善预后,且安全性好,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of guanxin shutong capsules on angina pectoris combined with hypertension and its effect on prognosis.Methods:120 patients with angina pectoris combined with hypertension admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as subjects investigated,and they were randomly divided into a control group(conventional basic treatment)and an experimental group[treatment with guanxin shutong capsules(0.9 g,tid)on the basis of conventional basic treatment in the control group],60 cases each.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the patients were followed up for 2 years.The mortality rate and the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment for hypertension and angina pectoris in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The discontinuation rate of nitroglycerin in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,guanxin shutong capsules can improve the prognosis in the treatment of angina pectoris combined with hypertension,and have good safety,and are worthy of clinical popularization.
