左西孟旦对重症顽固性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

Effect of Levosimendan on Cardiac Functions in Patients with Severe Refractory Heart Failure

目的:分析左西孟旦对重症顽固性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年5月本院收治的SRHF患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。两组均提供基础治疗,对照组在此基础上加用托伐普坦(15 mg,qd)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以左西孟旦(12μg/kg)治疗。比较两组临床症状与心功能。结果:治疗后两组心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组收缩压与呼吸困难、肺部湿罗音、下肢水肿评分值、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径均低于对照组,左室射血分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:左西孟坦治疗重症顽固性心力衰竭可有效改善患者临床症状与心功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of levosimendan on cardiac functions in patients with severe refractory heart failure.Methods:80 patients with SRHF admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,40 cases each.The patients in the two groups were given basic treatment.The patients in the control group were treated with tolvaptan(15 mg,qd),and the patients in the observation group were further treated with levosimendan(12μg/kg).The clinical symptoms and cardiac functions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in heart rate after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,dyspnea,pulmonary wet rales,lower extremity edema score value,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levosimendan can effectively improve clinical symptoms and cardiac functions in the treatment of severe refractory heart failure.
