痹痛舒胶囊对类风湿性关节炎患者血清RF、ESR、CRP及疼痛的影响

Effect of Bitongshu Capsules on Serum RF, ESR, CRP and Pain in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:研究痹痛舒胶囊对类风湿性关节炎患者血清类风湿因子(RF)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及疼痛的影响。方法:将2017年6月—2019年4月本院收治的86例类风湿性关节炎患者依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组使用舒筋消痛丸(6 g,bid)治疗,观察组给予痹痛舒胶囊(8粒,tid)治疗。比较分析两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况;比较两组治疗前后血清RF、ESR、CRP水平及临床症状变化。结果:治疗后,观察组RF、ESR、CRP水平、晨僵时间、VAS评分均低于对照组,双手抓握力及治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:痹痛舒胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效理想,可降低RF、ESR、CRP水平,改善患者临床症状,且用药安全性高,利于预后。

Objective:To study the effect of bitongshu capsules on serum rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)and pain in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:86 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,43 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with shujin xiaotong pills(6 g,bid),and the patients in the observation group were treated with bitongshu capsules(8 capsules,tid).The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared and analyzed.The levels of serum RF,ESR and CRP before and after treatment and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of RF,ESR and CRP,morning stiffness time and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the grasping power of two hands and the total effective rate were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bitongshu capsules are effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis,which can reduce the levels of RF,ESR and CRP and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and have high drug use safety,and are conducive to prognosis.
