神经节苷脂治疗新生儿脑损伤的临床疗效 被引量:2

Therapeutic Effect of Gangliosides on Neonatal Brain Injury and Its Effect on Symptom Improvement and Recovery of Nervous System Functions in Children

摘要 目的:探讨新生儿脑损伤患儿采用神经节苷脂治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2016年3月—2017年2月收治的88例脑损伤新生儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用神经节苷脂(20 mg,qd)治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状改善及神经系统功能恢复情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组意识、吸吮能力、反射能力、肌张力等恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);治疗后观察组新生儿行为神经评分表(NBNA)评分高于对照组,神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:常规治疗基础上加用神经节苷脂治疗新生儿脑损伤的临床疗效显著,可促进患儿临床症状体征恢复正常,改善患儿神经系统功能,值得推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of gangliosides in the treatment of neonatal brain injury in children.Methods:88 neonates with brain injury admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected as subjects investigated,and they were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases each.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with gangliosides(20 mg,qd)on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement and nervous system function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of consciousness,sucking ability,reflex ability and muscle tension in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA)after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,gangliosides are effective in the clinical treatment of neonatal brain injury,which can promote the recovery of clinical symptoms and signs and improve the nervous system functions of the children,and are worth popularizing and applying.
