摘要
目的:探究多索茶碱联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及对患者血清细胞因子的影响。方法:选取我院收治的支气管哮喘患者86例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组接受复方异丙托溴铵气雾剂(2.5 mg,tid)治疗,在此基础上,观察组加施多索茶碱(200 mg,bid)治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血清细胞因子、动脉血气及肺功能指标水平。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞介素(IL)-5低于对照组,IL-12高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组动脉血氧分压(PaO2)高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和呼气峰流速(PEF)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:多索茶碱联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗支气管哮喘的疗效显著,可有效改善患者的肺功能及动脉血气,纠正体内Thl/Th2失衡,值得临床推荐。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of doxofylline combined with ipratropium bromide in the treatment of bronchial asthma and its effect on serum cytokines.Methods:86 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,43 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with compound ipratropium bromide aerosol(2.5 mg,tid).On this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with doxofylline(200 mg,bid).The therapeutic effect,serum cytokines,arterial blood gas and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of interleukin(IL)-5 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the level of IL-12 was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The arterial partial pressure of oxygen in the observation group(PaO2)was higher than that in the control group,while the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Doxofylline combined with ipratropium bromide is significantly effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma,which can effectively improve the lung functions and arterial blood gas of the patients and correct the imbalance of Th1/Th2 in the bodies,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
