Promotion of Continuous Improvement of Management of Narcotic Drugs and Class Ⅰ Psychotropic Drugs in a Hospital by PDCA Cycle

目的:通过PDCA循环管理模式探讨医院麻醉药品、一类精神药品管理措施。方法:通过PDCA循环法,调研并分析麻醉药品、一类精神药品管理和使用存在的主要问题,完善、推进执行《麻醉药品、一类精神药品管理制度》,定期检查效果并进行质量持续改进。结果:麻醉药品、一类精神药品管理合理情况由30%提高并稳定至90%以上。结论:PDCA循环法可有效促进麻醉药品、一类精神药品持续改进,完善的管理制度和流程,提高麻醉药品、一类精神药品的合理性,保证药品安全性。

Objective:To explore the management measures for narcotic drugs and classⅠpsychotropic drugs by a PDCA cycle management model.Methods:Through the PDCA cycle method,the main problems in the management and use of narcotic drugs and classⅠpsychotropic drugs were investigated and analyzed.The implementation of the Narcotic Drugs and ClassⅠPsychotropic Drugs Management System was improved and promoted,and the effect was checked regularly and the quality was continuously improved.Results:The rational management of narcotic drugs and classⅠpsychotropic drugs increased from 30%,and was stabilized to over 90%.Conclusion:The PDCA cycle method can effectively promote the continuous improvement of narcotic drugs and classⅠpsychotropic drugs,improve the management system and procedures,improve the rationality of narcotic drugs and classⅠpsychotropic drugs and ensure the safety of drugs.
