口服新癀片致低体温1例

A Case of Hypothermia Caused by Oral Administration of Xinhuang Tablets

1例58岁女性患者,考虑可能胆道或泌尿系感染,应用炎琥宁抗病毒、左氧氟沙星联合奥硝唑抗感染,同时加用新癀片退热。患者服用新癀片2片,7小时内体温降至35℃并有进一步下降趋势明显,考虑为新癀片引起低体温不良反应,遂停药。停药后患者体温逐渐恢复正常,持续监测未再出现体温异常。临床需要注意该药引起低体温的不良反应。

A 58-year-old female patient was treated with potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate for resisting viruses,levofloxacin combined with ornidazole for resisting infections,and xinhuang tablets for alleviating fever due to considering the possibility of biliary or urinary tract infections.The patient took 2 tablets of xinhuang tablets,and the body temperature of the patient dropped to 35℃within 7 hours and showed a further downward trend,so the drug was discontinued because the adverse reaction of hypothermia caused by xinhuang tablets was considered.After drug withdrawal,the body temperature of the patient gradually returned to normal,and there was no abnormal body temperature during continuous monitoring.The adverse reaction of hypothermia caused by this drug should be paid attention to in clinical practice.
