比索洛尔联合辅酶Q10治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效分析

Analysis on Clinical Efficacy of Bisoprolol Combined with Coenzyme Q10 in the Treatment of Heart Failure

目的 :探索比索洛尔联合辅酶Q10对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病致心力衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2016年1月1日—2017年12月31日我院心内科收治的148例冠心病合并心衰患者,根据治疗方法不同分为试验组(76例)和对照组(72例),对照组患者给予常规对症治疗,试验组患者在常规药物治疗的基础上加用富马酸比索洛尔片(2.5 mg/d)和辅酶Q10片(30 mg/d)。观察两组心功能改善情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率为84.2%,高于对照组的54.2%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组心率(HR)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :比索洛尔联合辅酶Q10治疗冠心病合并心衰的疗效较好,能明显改善患者心功能。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of bisoprolol combined with coenzyme Q10 on patients with heart failure caused by coronary atherosclerotic heart diseases.Methods:148 patients with coronary heart diseases and heart failure admitted to our Department of Cardiology from January 1,2016 to December 31,2017 were selected and divided into an experimental group(76 cases)and a control group(72 cases)according to different treatment.The patients in the control group were given conventional symptomatic treatment,and the patients in the experimental group were given bisoprolol fumarate tablets(2.5 mg/d)and coenzyme Q10 tablets(30 mg/d)on the basis of conventional drug therapy.The improvement of cardiac functions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 84.2%,which was higher than 54.2%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate(HR),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bisoprolol combined with coenzyme Q10 is effective in the treatment of coronary heart diseases and heart failure,which can significantly improve heart functions of the patients.
