摘要
目的 :探讨美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片对溃疡性结肠炎患者肠黏膜屏障的影响。方法 :选取我院2016年10月—2018年9月收治的104例溃疡性结肠炎患者,利用随机数字表法分为两组,各52例。对照组采用美沙拉嗪(1.0 g,qid)治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片(1.5 g,tid)治疗,比较两组临床疗效、肠黏膜屏障功能、免疫功能及炎性因子水平。结果 :观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,两组D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶(DAO)及血清内毒素(ET)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较对照组高,CD8+较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组TNF-α、IL-8水平较对照组低,IL-10水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :与单用美沙拉嗪比较,美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效显著,可有效改善患者的肠黏膜屏障,提升免疫功能,减轻炎症反应。
Objective:To investigate the effect of mesalazine combined with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets on intestinal mucosal barriers in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:104 patients with ulcerative colitis in the hospital from October 2016 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,52 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with mesalazine(1.0 g,qid),and the patients in the observation group were further treated with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets(1.5 g,tid).The clinical efficacy,intestinal mucosal barrier functions,immune functions and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of D-lactic acid,diamine oxidase(DAO)and serum endotoxin(ET)in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of IL-10 was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with mesalazine alone,mesalazine combined with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets has a significant therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis,which can effectively improve intestinal mucosal barriers,enhance immune functions and alleviate inflammation response.
