舒芬太尼联合右美托咪啶在老年肠息肉手术患者中的应用

Application of Sufentanil Combined with Dexmedetomidine in Elderly Patients Undergoing Intestinal Polyp Surgery

目的 :探讨舒芬太尼联合右美托咪啶在老年肠息肉手术患者中的应用效果。方法 :选取2017年2月—2018年7月于我院行手术治疗的老年肠息肉患者76例,按随机数字表法分为单一组和联合组,各38例。单一组患者采用舒芬太尼(0.1μg/kg)麻醉,联合组患者采用右美托咪啶(1.3μg/kg)联合舒芬太尼(0.1μg/kg)麻醉,比较两组患者呼吸循环指标[心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)]及不良反应(低血压、呼吸抑制、头晕、胃肠不适)状况。结果 :用药15 min,联合组HR低于单一组,且RR、MAP、SpO2水平高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);联合组不良反应发生率低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :对老年肠息肉手术患者采用舒芬太尼联合右美托咪啶麻醉的效果显著,能够维持患者呼吸循环系统稳定,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine in elderly patients with intestinal polyp surgery.Methods:76 elderly patients with intestinal polyps who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2017 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a single group and a combined group,38 cases each.The patients in the single group were anesthetized with sufentanil(0.1μg/kg),and the patients in the combined group were anesthetized with dexmedetomidine(1.3μg/kg)and sufentanil(0.1μg/kg).The respiratory circulation indexes[heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),oxygen saturation(SpO2)]and adverse reactions(hypotension,respiratory depression,dizziness,gastrointestinal discomfort)were compared between the two groups.Results:The HR in the combined group was lower than that in the single group,and the levels of RR,MAP and SpO2 in the combined group were higher than those in the single group at 15 min after drug use,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the single group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine has a significant anesthetic effect in the elderly patients undergoing intestinal polyp surgery,which can maintain the stability of respiratory and circulatory systems of the patients,and has higher safety.
