坤泰胶囊对腹腔镜子宫切除术患者术后卵巢功能恢复的影响

Effect of Kuntai Capsules on Postoperative Recovery of Ovarian Functions in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的:观察坤泰胶囊对腹腔镜子宫切除术患者术后卵巢功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2018年2月—2019年1月在本院行腹腔镜子宫切除术治疗的患者92例为研究对象,按照随机双盲法分为两组,各46例。两组患者均行腹腔镜子宫切除术,术后接受常规抗炎及抗感染治疗,在此基础上,观察组术后给予坤泰胶囊(2 g,tid)治疗。比较两组术后卵巢功能、临床症状改善、阴道健康情况。结果:治疗后,两组黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)及雌二醇(E2)均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后两组Kupperman评分低于治疗前,阴道健康评分(VHS)高于治疗前,且观察组改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :坤泰胶囊可有效促进行腹腔镜子宫切除术患者术后卵巢功能的恢复,改善患者临床不适症状,提高阴道健康程度。

Objective:To observe the effect of kuntai capsules on the postoperative recovery of ovarian functions in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods:92 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects investigated and divided into two groups according to the randomized double blind method,46 cases each.The patients in the two groups were given laparoscopic hysterectomy and given conventional anti-inflammatory and anti-infective treatment after surgery.On this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with kuntai capsules(2 g,tid).The postoperative ovarian functions,the improvement of clinical symptoms and the conditions of vaginal health in the two groups were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)after treatment were higher than those before treatment in the two groups,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the Kupperman scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two group,while the VHS scores were higher than those before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kuntai capsules can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of ovarian functions,improve clinical discomforts and increase vaginal health.
