不同浓度七氟醚联合丙泊酚麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用观察

Application of Anesthesia with Different Concentrations of Sevoflurane Combined with Propofol in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的 :探究不同浓度七氟醚联合丙泊酚麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法 :选取2016年2月—2019年2月在我院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成两组,各44例。对照组给予0.4 MAC七氟醚联合丙泊酚(1.5 mg/kg)术前麻醉;观察组给予0.8 MAC七氟醚联合丙泊酚(1.5 mg/kg)术前麻醉。比较两组麻醉相关指标、术后不同时间点视觉模拟量表(VAS)、术后不良反应发生情况。结果 :两组麻醉时间、不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组患者自主呼吸时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间、定向力恢复时间及术后12,24,36,48 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中使用0.8 MAC七氟醚联合丙泊酚麻醉在自主呼吸时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间、定向力恢复时间及术后疼痛程度方面表现更佳。

Objective:To explore the application effect of anesthesia with different concentrations of sevoflurane combined with propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:88 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as subjects investigated,and randomly divided into two groups:a control group and an observation group,44 cases each.The patients in the control group received preoperative anesthesia with 0.4 MAC sevoflurane combined with propofol(1.5 mg/kg),and the patients in the observation group received preoperative anesthesia with 0.8 MAC sevoflurane combined with propofol(1.5 mg/kg).The anesthesia-related indexes,visual analog scale(VAS)at different time points and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the time of anesthesia and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The spontaneous breathing time,recovery time,extubation time,orientation recovery time and postoperative 12,24,36 and 48 h VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anesthesia with 0.8 MAC sevoflurane combined with propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy performed better in terms of spontaneous breathing time,recovery time,extubation time,orientation recovery time and postoperative pain.
