Pharmaceutical Care for Clinical Pharmacists Participating in the Treatment of Severe Pancreatitis

目的 :探讨临床中药师参与中西医结合治疗急重症胰腺炎的作用。方法 :临床中药师在重症胰腺炎患者的中西医结合治疗过程,参与抗感染、抑酸抑酶、镇痛、中药治疗等多方面药物治疗计划的制订,提供药学监护及中药用药教育。结果 :临床中药师提供全面的中西药药学服务对于改善医师治疗方案和治疗效果、加快患者痊愈均有积极作用。结论:临床中药师不仅要掌握中药学知识,也要掌握西药临床药学知识,才能更好的为医护人员及患者服务,更好的提升医疗服务质量。

Objective:To explore the roles of clinical Chinese medicine pharmacists participating in the treatment of acute and severe pancreatitis with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Clinical Chinese medicine pharmacists participated in the formulation of anti-infection,acid and enzyme-inhibiting,analgesic,Chinese medicine treatment plans and other drug treatment plans in the treatment of patients with severe pancreatitis with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and provided pharmaceutical care and Chinese medicine education.Results:The comprehensive pharmaceutical care of Chinese and Western medicine provided by clinical Chinese medicine pharmacists has a positive role in improving physicians’treatment plans and therapeutic effect,and speeding up the recovery of patients.Conclusion:Clinical Chinese medicine pharmacists should not only master the knowledge of Chinese medicine pharmacy,but also master the clinical pharmacy knowledge of Western medicine,in order to better serve the medical staff and patients and better improve the quality of medical services.
