摘要
目的:通过分析,了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生特点,以促进我院临床合理用药。方法:对我院221例ADR报告,进行分类统计分析。结果 :发生ADR的药品以心血管药品居多,以静脉给药为主,ADR表现为皮疹、瘙痒、丘疹、静脉炎等。结论 :关注临床ADR,对防止或减少ADR的重复发生有重要意义。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)in our hospital to promote the rational use of drugs in our hospital.Methods:A categorical and statistical analysis on a report about 221 cases of ADR in our hospital was made.Results:Cardiovascular drugs were the most common drugs for ADR,and intravenous drugs were the main drugs.ADR manifested as rash,pruritus,papules,phlebitis,etc.Conclusion:Attention to clinical ADR is of great significance in preventing or reducing the recurrence of ADR.
