摘要
目的 :探究枸橼酸咖啡因对早产儿脑损伤后振幅整合脑电图的影响。方法 :选择2017年8月—2018年9月我院收治的脑损伤早产儿56例为观察组,选择同期在我院出生的无脑损伤早产儿56例为对照组,给予观察组患儿枸橼酸咖啡因(首剂负荷量为20 mg/kg,24 h后,给予5 mg/kg维持,qd)治疗。比较两组振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)背景活动、连续性评估以及睡眠-觉醒周期变化。结果 :治疗后6个月两组aEEG背景活动、aEEG连续性评估及睡眠-觉醒周期比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗前、后,观察组a EEG背景活动、aEEG连续性评估及睡眠-觉醒周期比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :枸橼酸咖啡因治疗脑损伤早产儿,可影响患儿的振幅整合脑电图,可加速早产儿脑功能发育成熟。
Objective:To investigate the effect of caffeine citrate on amplitude integrated electroencephalograms(aEEG)after brain injury in premature infants.Methods:56 premature infants with brain injury admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to September 2018 were selected as an observation group,and 56 premature infants without brain injury in the same period were selected as a control group.The infants in the observation group were treated with caffeine citrate(the first dose:20 mg/kg,24 h later,5 mg/kg for maintenance,qd).The aEEG background activity,continuity assessment and sleep-wake cycle changes were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the aEEG background activity,aEEG continuity assessment and sleep-wake cycle at 6 months after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the aEEG background activity,aEEG continuity assessment and sleepwake cycle between before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Caffeine citrate can affect the amplitude integrated electroencephalograms and accelerate the development of brain functions in the treatment of premature infants with brain injury.
