不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀联合拜阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Different Doses of Rosuvastatin Combined with Aspirin on Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的 :探究不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀联合拜阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效及对患者心室重构的影响。方法 :选取2016年8月—2018年4月我院收治的200例急性心肌梗死患者,按照治疗剂量的不同分为两组。对照组(98例)采用瑞舒伐他汀(5 mg,qd)联合拜阿司匹林(300 mg,qd)治疗,研究组(102例)应用瑞舒伐他汀(10 mg,qd)联合拜阿司匹林治疗。比较两组治疗效果和心室重构程度。结果 :研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组并发症(休克、心力衰竭、心律失常)发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组左室质量指数(LVMI)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :高剂量瑞舒伐他汀联合拜阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死的效果更佳,能有效抑制心室重构,降低并发症的发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of different doses of rosuvastatin combined with aspirin on acute myocardial infarction and its effect on ventricular remodeling.Methods:200 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to April 2018 were selected and divided into two groups(a control group and a study group)according to the different treatment doses.The patients in the control group(n=98)were treated with rosuvastatin(5 mg,qd)in combination with aspirin(300 mg,qd),and the patients in the study group(n=102)were treated with rosuvastatin(10 mg,qd)in combination with aspirin.The therapeutic effect and the degree of ventricular remodeling were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications(shock,heart failure,arrhythmia)in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of left ventricular mass index(LVMI),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Highdose rosuvastatin combined with aspirin is more effective in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction,which can effectively inhibit ventricular remodeling and reduce the incidence of complications.
