血必净注射液对重症急性胰腺炎患者全身炎症反应及微循环的影响

Effect of Xuebijing Injection on Systemic Inflammatory Response and Microcirculation in Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的 :探讨血必净注射液对重症急性胰腺炎患者全身炎症反应及微循环的影响。方法 :选取2017年3月—2018年4月我院收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者86例,参照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组患者采用益生菌治疗,观察组患者采用血必净注射液(50 mL+0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL混合,静脉滴注,bid)治疗,比较两组炎症反应指标[白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6、超敏C-反应蛋白(hypersensitive-c-reactive-protein,hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-α]及微循环[血清一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、人内皮素(human endothelin,ET)-1]状况。结果 :治疗后观察组IL-6、hsCRP、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组血清NO高于对照组,ET-1低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :采用血必净注射液可有效改善重症急性胰腺炎患者的炎性因子及微循环状况,有利于病情康复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of xuebijing injection on systemic inflammatory response and microcirculation in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:86 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,43 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with probiotics,and the patients in the observation group were treated with xuebijing injection(50 m L+0.9%sodium chloride injection 100 m L,intravenous drip,bid).The inflammation indexes[interleukin(IL)-6,hypersensitive C-reactive-protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α]and microcirculation[serum nitric oxide(NO),human endothelin(ET)-1]status were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum level of NO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the level of ET-1 was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing injection can effectively improve the inflammatory factors and microcirculation of the patients with severe acute pancreatitis,which is conducive to the recovery of the disease.
