当归芍药散联合奥硝唑分散片治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Danggui Shaoyao Powder Combined with Ornidazole Dispersible Tablets on Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的 :研究当归芍药散联合奥硝唑分散片治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及对血清相关免疫因子的影响。方法 :选取2016年5月—2017年11月我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者96例,根据治疗方案的不同分为治疗组及对照组,各48例。对照组单纯给予奥硝唑分散片(0.25 g,bid)治疗,在此基础上,研究组加用当归芍药散(1剂/天)治疗,均连续治疗20 d。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应情况,检测并观察两组治疗前血清相关免疫因子及免疫功能指标的差异。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,治疗组转化生长因子(TGF)-β1、白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-10均高于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);治疗后,治疗组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:当归芍药散联合奥硝唑分散片治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效显著,能有效调整患者机体相关免疫因子水平及免疫功能,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the efficacy of danggui shaoyao powder combined with ornidazole dispersible tablets in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation and its effect on serum related immune factors.Methods:96 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group according to different treatment regimens,48 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with ornidazole dispersible tablets(0.25 g,bid).On this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with danggui shaoyao powder(1 dose/day)for 20 days.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The differences of serum-related immune factors and immune function indexes before treatment in the two groups were detected and observed.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of transforming growth factor(TGF)-beta1,interleukin(IL)-2 and IL-10 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of CD8^+was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Danggui shaoyao powder combined with ornidazole dispersible tablets has a significant therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammation,which can effectively adjust the levels of immune factors and immune function of the patients,and is safe and worthy of clinical application.
