地佐辛联合枸橼酸舒芬太尼用于心脏外科术后静脉镇痛的临床效果研究

Study on Clinical Effect of Dizocine Combined with Sufentanil Citrate on Intravenous Analgesia after Cardiac Surgery

目的 :探讨地佐辛联合枸缘酸舒芬太尼用于心脏外科术后静脉镇痛的临床效果。方法 :选取2017年2月—2018年5月在我院择期行心脏外科手术的患者74例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组采用枸缘酸舒芬太尼(2~3μg/kg)麻醉,观察组采用地佐辛(10 mg)联合枸橼酸舒芬太尼麻醉,比较两组血流动力变化、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue score,VAS)评分及不良反应情况。结果:观察组拔管时、拔管后5 min时心率(heart rate,HR)、呼吸频率(respiratory rate,RR)、收缩压(systolic pressure,SBP)及舒张压(diastolicbloodpressure,DBP)水平、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :地佐辛联合枸橼酸舒芬太尼可有效降低心脏外科术后患者的血压及心率,减轻疼痛程度,且安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of dizocine combined with sufentanil citrate on intravenous analgesia after cardiac surgery.Methods:74 patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,37 cases each.The patients in the control group were anesthetized with sufentanil citrate(2~3μg/kg),and the patients in the observation group were treated with dizocine(10 mg)combined with sufentanil citrate.The hemodynamic changes,visual analogue scores(VAS)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)levels and VAS scores at the time of extubation and 5 min after extubation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dizocine combined with sufentanil citrate can effectively alleviate blood pressure and heart rate in the patients after cardiac surgery and reduce pain,and has high safety.
