持续皮下注射与多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗小儿糖尿病对比观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :比较观察持续皮下注射与多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗小儿糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 :参照随机数字表法将我院2018年3月—2019年3月收治的糖尿病患儿100例分为两组,各50例。对照组采用多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗,观察组采用胰岛素泵持续皮下注射胰岛素治疗,比较两组血糖水平及血脂水平。结果:治疗后,观察组糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin,GHb)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour post-meal blood glucose,2hPBG)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FPG)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)高于对照组,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :持续皮下注射胰岛素治疗小儿糖尿病的效果优于多次皮下注射,可更有效改善患儿血糖、血脂水平。 Objective:To comparatively observe the clinical efficacy of continuous subcutaneous injection and multiple subcutaneous injection of insulin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus in children.Methods:100 diabetic children admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:a control group and an observation group,50 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with multiple subcutaneous injection of insulin,and the patients in the observation group were treated with continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin with insulin pumps.The levels of blood glucose and blood lipids were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of glycated hemoglobin(GHb),2-hour post-meal blood glucose(2 h PBG)and fasting blood glucose(FPG)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triglyceride(TG)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin is better than multiple subcutaneous injection of insulin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus in children,which can improve blood glucose and lipid levels more effectively.
