中西医结合探析脑出血活血化瘀法的应用

Application of Blood-activating and Stasis-removing Therapy of Intracerebral Hemorrhage by Integrated Chinese with Western Medicine

出血性中风以"瘀血阻滞、脉道不利"为基础,在"血溢脑脉之外"后出现一系列的病理过程,而瘀血作为基本病机却贯穿始终,成为决定病情发展的关键。西医对脑出血病理过程的认识与中医一致,同样把消除血肿作为治疗的重点。应用活血化瘀法治疗脑出血取得了满意的疗效。但临床对活血化瘀法治疗脑出血尚存在顾虑。本研究分别从中医和西医角度就脑出血应用活血化瘀法的理论依据展开分析,以期获得更好的临床应用。

Hemorrhagic stroke is based on blood stasis obstruction and unsmoothness of vessels.A series of pathological processes appear after intracerebral hemorrhage,but blood stasis acts as the basic pathogenesis throughout and becomes the key of deciding the progression of disease.Western medicine has a consistent understanding of the pathological process of intracerebral hemor-rhage,and focuses on the elimination of hematoma as wel .The application of blood activating and stasis removing therapy of in-tracerebral hemorrhage obtains satisfactory curative effect,but some neurologists are stil worried about it.The article wil analyse the theoritical basis of applying blood activating and stasis removing therapy to the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage from the views of integrated Chinese medicine with western medicine,and expect it can be put into better use.
