盐酸法舒地尔对急性前壁心肌梗死病人心肌的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨盐酸法舒地尔对于急性前壁心肌梗死病人在接受急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后的心肌保护作用。方法选择接受急诊PCI术的急性前壁心肌梗死Killip I级的病人86例,随机分为两组,每组43例。治疗组在急性心肌梗死常规治疗基础上加用盐酸法舒地尔,将30mg盐酸法舒地尔溶于5%葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水100mL中静脉输注,每日2次;对照组按急性心肌梗死的常规治疗不加用盐酸法舒地尔。两组均在入院后即刻及之后每隔4h检验1次肌钙蛋白I(cTnI),直至cTnI峰值出现。所有病人入院即刻及1周后检测B型脑钠肽(BNP),待术后1d及1周后行心脏彩超检查,记录左室射血分数(LVEF)值。结果治疗组的cTnI峰值为23.62μg/L±14.50μg/L,明显低于对照组的31.15μg/L±16.26μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组心脏射血分数、心脏功能均得到改善,但治疗组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论盐酸法舒地尔对急性心肌梗死接受急诊PCI治疗的病人心肌有显著的保护作用。
