摘要 目的:探讨枪伤前后犬18FDG-PET脑显像的改变。材料和方法:选取成年健康家犬6只,分别于左下肢枪伤前后行18FDG-PET脑显像。结果:枪伤后狗脑葡萄糖代谢较枪伤前增强,枪伤后全脑放射性记数的均值具有极显著性差异(P<0.01),最大值差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:枪伤后犬脑葡萄糖代谢明显增加,其机制有待进一步研究。 Purpose: To observe the brain function changes by PET imaging in bullet wounded dogs.Materials and Methods: Six dogs was wounded at left back limbs using 81type rifle.The type 560 bullet was shot at 5m distance into muscles away from major blood vessels and bones followed by prompt hemostasia and binding up.PET imaging of brain was carried out 1h later with()^(18)F-FDG.Results: The glucose metabolism of brain altered significantly after wound in comparison to the baseline study before(P<0.01).Conclusion: There is an obvious metabolic change in dogs' brain after stress like bullet wound,which could be revealed by PET.
