超声与鼻内镜对鼻咽癌诊断价值的比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的对比超声与鼻内镜对鼻咽癌的诊断价值。资料与方法对71例鼻咽癌患者分别行超声及鼻内镜检查,并与病理结果进行对照,比较两者诊断鼻咽癌的敏感度。结果 71例鼻咽癌患者中,超声诊断鼻咽癌的敏感度为90.1%,鼻内镜诊断鼻咽癌的敏感度为88.7%,两者对鼻咽癌的诊断敏感度之间差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.33,P>0.05)。71例中,超声及鼻内镜均未检出2例。结论超声可以对鼻咽癌做出较准确的判断,发现鼻内镜漏诊病例,与鼻内镜联合应用可以为临床诊断及治疗提供更全面、科学的依据。 Purpose To compare the diagnostic efficiency of ultrasound and endoscopy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Materials and Methods Seventy-one patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma underwent ultrasound and nasal endoscopic examination respectively, and their findings were correlated with pathological results.Results For the 71 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, the sensitivity of ultrasound for the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 90.1%, while which was 88.7% for endoscopy, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two methods(χ2=2.33, P>0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound examination is able to provide a relatively accurate diagnosis for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and detect the cases missed by nasal endoscopy, thus can provide a more comprehensive and scientific imaging evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment with the combination of endoscopy.
