健脾补肾法治疗卵巢癌的经验探析

总结运用健脾补肾法论治卵巢癌的临床经验。卵巢癌病情险恶,病因病机为正气亏虚、肾元不足、肝脾及冲任督带功能失调,中医辨治卵巢癌过程中,攻邪之余,扶正当重疏肝健脾补肾,疏通冲任督带。健脾补肾法在卵巢癌治疗中有着重要作用,在卵巢癌类围绝经期综合征,癌性腹水治疗效果明显,值得进一步推广。

The experience in treating ovarian cancer with therapy of invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney was summarized.As one of the dangerous cancers,ovarian cancer has the pathogenesis of healthy Qi deficiency,insufficiency of original yang,and disorder of the function of liver,spleen,thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel,governor vessel and belt vessel.The therapeutic principle for ovarian cancer with Chinese medicine is to eliminate pathogens and support healthy Qi.Supporting healthy Qi stresses on soothing liver,invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney,and dredging the vessels of thoroughfare,conception,governor and belt.Therapy of invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney plays an important role in the treatment of ovarian cancer,and is effective for ovarian cancer-like perimenopausal syndrome and cancer-related ascites.
