中医治疗鼻咽癌临证经验及研究进展

Clinical Experience and Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

鼻咽癌是头颈部常见的恶性肿瘤之一,中医药在鼻咽癌综合治疗中发挥着重要作用。笔者长期致力于中医及中西医结合肿瘤防治领域的研究,在鼻咽癌的中医辨证分型、防治毒副反应、放疗增敏、舌诊与预后、补气活血法消除'青紫舌'、毒性中药的使用及维持治疗提高生存率等方面做了一系列的探讨和研究,取得了一定的成果。

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is one of the common malignant tumors in the head and neck.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays an important role in the comprehensive treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.The author has long been committed to the research of treatment and prevention of tumor with TCM and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and has made some achievement in the aspects of TCM syndrome differentiation,prevention and treatment of side effects,radiotherapy sensitization,correlation of tongue diagnosis with prognosis,relief of ecchymosis tongue with Qi-invigorating and blood-activating herbs,usage of toxic Chinese medicine,and improving the survival with maintenance therapy.
