中西汇通,传承创新——浅谈如何成为合格的中医肿瘤科医生

Merging Chinese and Western Medicine,Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine——How to Become a Qualified Oncologist of Chinese Medicine

随着我国癌症发病率的不断攀升,肿瘤专科医生的数量增长如同蜗行牛步,其中来自中医领域的肿瘤专科医生更是寥寥可数,加之中医肿瘤治疗的规范管理和系统培养尚未成形,使得中医肿瘤专科医生的临床技术良莠不齐,因此,如何培养合格的中医肿瘤专科医生迫在眉睫。本文结合笔者长期的临床实践和教学培养经验,针对中医肿瘤专科医生的培养敬陈管见,以期为促进合格中医肿瘤专科医生的培养提供借鉴。

With the rise of morbidity of cancer in China,the need of tumor specialists increases.However,the increase of the number of tumor specialists in the real world is like a snail step,and the tumor specialists in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in particular are few.Moreover,the faultiness of standard management and systematic culture of TCM therapy for tumors results into the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of the TCM oncologist being uneven,which makes the training of qualified TCM tumor specialists be extremely urgent.Based on the long-term clinical practice and teaching experience,the author expresses some ideas for promoting the cultivation of qualified TCM oncologist.
