纯中医治疗非小细胞肺癌1例——随访23年

Treatment of Non-small-cell Lung Cancer with Pure Traditional Chinese Medicine:Report of One Case Followed-up for 23 Years

一位确诊为Ⅲ期低分化非小细胞性肺癌的澳大利亚女性白人,经纯中医药治疗4年半而愈。随访23年未见肺癌复发或转移,至今仍健在。缘广州中医药大学周岱翰教授于上世纪90年代二次访问澳大利亚期间,曾对该患者的初诊和复诊进行了精心的中医辨治,开方遣药,并对该病长期康复治疗作出指导意见。本案例对非小细胞肺癌的中医治疗,特别是长期维护治疗有一定的参考价值。期望本例有助于启迪未来的中医药治疗非小细胞肺癌的循证医学临床研究。

A Caucasian woman in Australia diagnosed with stageⅢpoorly differentiated non-small-cell lung cancer was cured after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine for four and a half years.No recurrence or metastasis of lung cancer occurred during the follow-up of 23 years,and the patient is still alive today.During the visits to Australia in the 1990 s,Professor ZHOU Dai-Han of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine conducted a careful diagnosis and treatment with Chinese medicine for the patient’s initial consultation and the follow-up consultation.This case report will not only be valuable for the clinical practice of using Chinese medicine for the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer,but also for enlightening the future relevant evidence-based clinical research.
