积雪草药理研究及抗肿瘤等临床应用

Progress in Research of Anti-tumor Effects of Herba Centellae and Its Pharmacological Actions

积雪草具有清热利湿,消肿解毒的功效。通过搜集相关药理研究及其在各科中运用的临床数据,对积雪草药理和临床治疗数据进行总结和分析,发现积雪草的临床应用广泛、疗效显著。本文从近年来积雪草的应用及作用机制等方面进行综述,为积雪草的研究及临床发展提供参考建议和科学依据。今后,在现代药理学与临床实际应用的规范指导下,积雪草相关研究的范围及深度都将获得长足发展,其抗肿瘤机制也将得到进一步的揭示。

Herba Centellae has the actions of clearing heat,removing dampness,alleviating swelling and removing toxicity.Through collecting relevant chemical research and clinical reports from various departments in recent years,we reviewed the clinical effects and pharmacological actions of Herba Centellae.The results showed that Herba Centellae has been used extensively and has achieved significant effect,which can supply evidence for the further clinical and pharmacological research of Herba Centellae.In the future research of Herba Centellae,the scope and the depth of research should be enhanced,and more scientific and more standardized methods should be used,so that the anti-tumor mechanism of Herba Centellae can be revealed more comprehensively.
