八珍汤加味联合耳穴按压防治化疗药物所致白细胞减少症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Prevention and Treatment of Chemotherapeutic Drug-Related Leukopenia with Bazhen Decoction Combined with Ear Acupoint Pressing

目的观察八珍汤加味联合耳穴按压对防治化疗药物所致白细胞减少症的疗效。方法 80例消化道肿瘤化疗患者随机分为2组,对照组30例行XELOX方案化疗,治疗组50例化疗同期予八珍汤加味口服联合耳穴按压,观察每周期化疗后白细胞减少症的发生率及严重程度。结果与对照组比较,第1、第2、第3周期化疗后两组白细胞减少症发生的严重程度及总发生率差异无统计学差异(P>0.05);第4、第5、第6周期化疗后白细胞减少症发生的严重程度差异有统计学意义,其中治疗组Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级白细胞减少症发生率明显减少(P<0.05),总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。6周期化疗后汇总分析提示,治疗组Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级白细胞减少症发生率明显增高,Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级白细胞减少症发生率明显减少,治疗组白细胞减少症发生的严重程度明显减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八珍汤加味联合耳穴按压能减轻化疗药物所致白细胞减少症的严重程度。

Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of Bazhen Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressing on chemotherapeutic drug-related leukopenia.Methods Eighty patients with gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases;treated with XELOX chemotherapy alone)and the treatment group(50 cases;treated with XELOX chemotherapy+Bazhen Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressing).The incidence rate and severity of chemotherapeutic drug-related leukopenia after each chemotherapy cycle were observe the in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the differences of the severity and incidence rate of chemotherapeutic drug-related leukopenia after the first to the third chemotherapy cycle were not significantly between the two groups(P>0.05).After the fourth to the sixth chemotherapy cycle,the incidence of gradeⅢandⅣleukopenia in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05),while the difference of the overall incidence of leukopenia between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).The analysis of 6 chemotherapy cycles showed that the treatment group had higher incidence of gradeⅠandⅡleukopenia,had lower incidence of gradeⅢandⅣleukopenia,and had milder leukopenia than the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bazhen Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressing can relieve the severity of chemotherapeutic drug-related leukopenia.
