中药汤剂内服防治放射性口腔黏膜炎的用药规律研究

Medication Principles for Prevention and Treatment of Radiotherapy-induced Oral Mucositis with Chinese Medicine Oral Decoctions in Head and Neck Tumors

目的基于中医传承辅助平台系统,探讨中药汤剂内服防治头颈部肿瘤放疗引起的放射性口腔黏膜炎的用药及组方规律。方法通过检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普网)数据库,筛选出防治放射性口腔黏膜炎的中药方剂内服处方,利用中医传承辅助平台的规则分析、聚类分析等方法进行数据挖掘。结果筛选出符合条件的方剂55首,共135味中药,使用频次最高的前8位药物依次为:麦冬、生地黄、甘草、金银花、玄参、沙参、白花蛇舌草、天花粉,得到核心组合12个,新方6个。结论防治头颈部肿瘤放射性口腔黏膜炎的内服中药汤剂多用清热药、滋阴药、凉血药,治法主要为清热解毒,养阴生津,凉血止血。

Objective To explore the principles of using herbs and herbal prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis in patients with head and neck tumors based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Inheritance Support System.Methods By searching the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science Periodical Database(Wanfang Data)and the database of Chinese Sci-Tech Journals(Wiplet),we screened the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis in head and neck tumors.The data mining was carried out by using the association rule analysis and cluster analysis of TCM Inheritance Support System.Results A total of 55 prescriptions with 135 herbs were screened out.The leading eight herbs with the high medication frequency were Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Glycirrhizae,Flos Lonicerae,Radix Scrophulariae,Radix Glehniae,Herba Hedyotis Diffusae,and Radix Trichosanthis.Meanwhile,we obtained 12 core herbal combinations and 6 new prescriptions.Conclusion The commonly-used herbs for the prevention and treatment of radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis in patients with head and neck tumors can be classified into heat-clearing medicines,yin-nourishing medicines and blood-cooling medicines.And the preventive and therapeutic principles are clearing heat-toxin and detoxification,nourishing yin for promoting production of fluid,and cooling blood for hemostasis.
