“治未病”思想与中医体质辨识在肿瘤防治中的作用

Application of Theory of Preventive Treatment of Disease and TCM Constitution Identification in Tumor Prevention and Treatment

恶性肿瘤是危害居民健康最严重的一类疾病,虽然医疗卫生水平不断提高,但肿瘤疾病的早期预防和治疗仍是困扰人类的一大难题。中医学自古就有'未病先防,既病防变、瘥后防复'的预防理念,本文结合中医'治未病'思想,基于中医体质学说,从预防、治疗及防止复发等方面论述肿瘤与中医体质的相关性,探讨调体防控在肿瘤疾病防治中的作用,从而提高肿瘤疾病早期诊断和个体化治疗水平,为中医药防治肿瘤提供新的思路和方向。

Malignant tumors is one of most serious disease that endangers the health of residents.Although the medical level and health care have been constantly increased,the early prevention and treatment of tumor diseases is still a major problem plaguing mankind.In the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the concept of'prevention before illness,prevention of aggravation after disease,and prevention of recurrence after healing'is famous.Based on the theory of preventive treatment of disease and TCM constitution identification,this paper discussed the correlation between the tumor and TCM constitution from the aspects of prevention,treatment and prevention of recurrence,and explored the role of body constitution regulation and disease prevention in the prevention and treatment of the tumor,so as to improve the early diagnosis and individualized treatment of the tumor,and to supply new ways for preventing and treating the tumors with Chinese medicine.
