温针灸治疗乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿现状

Current Situation of Warming-Needle Moxibustion for Postoperative Lymphedema of Breast Cancer

乳腺癌在女性恶性肿瘤发病率中居于首位,主要采用手术治疗,术中进行腋窝淋巴结清扫可在一定程度上降低复发率和转移率。然而,腋窝淋巴结清扫会破坏术区周围的淋巴管,容易引起患侧上肢淋巴结水肿,严重影响术后患者的生活质量,轻者上肢会出现水肿、疼痛、紧绷等不适症状,重度患者会发生感觉麻木而迟钝,关节活动亦受到限制,如并发感染处理不当可能引起上肢皮肤溃烂坏死。目前,温针灸在针对这一并发症的治疗中显示出了一定疗效,为临床上治疗乳腺癌患者上肢淋巴结水肿提供了新的诊疗思路。

Breast cancer ranks first in the incidence of female malignant tumors,and now is mainly treated by surgery.Postoperative axillary lymph node dissection can reduce the recurrence rate and metastasis rate to a certain extent.However,axillary lymph node dissection can also destroy the lymphatic vessels around the operation area and easily causes lymph node edema on the affected side of upper limb,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients after operation.In light cases,edema,pain,tension and other discomfort symptoms occur in the upper limbs.In severe cases,patients will feel numb and dull in the upper limbs,and joint movements will be limited.Improper treatment for the complicated infection may cause skin ulceration and necrosis of upper limbs.At present,warming-needle moxibustion has shown a certain effect in the treatment of this complication,which provides a new way of diagnosis and treatment for upper limb lymph node edema in breast cancer patients.
