多发性骨髓瘤相关肾损害的中西医诊治现状

Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of Multiple Myeloma Patients with Renal Impairment by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)是一种常见的浆细胞恶性克隆型肿瘤,其以单克隆免疫球蛋白或其片段恶性增殖为特征,从而产生相关器官或组织损害。肾损害是多发性骨髓瘤发展过程中最常见的并发症,也是最主要的死亡原因之一。近年来,多个研究对多发性骨髓瘤致病机理进行了深入地探讨,并取得了一定成果。本文通过收集与整理近10年的相关文献,从中医病因病机、辨证论治和西医诊治以及中西医结合治疗等方面对该病的诊治现状进行综述。

Multiple myeloma(MM)is a common plasma cell malignant clonal tumor.It is characterized by malignant hyperplasia of monoclonal immunoglobulin or their fragments which subsequently lead to the damage to the relevant organs or tissues.Renal damage is the mostly common complication of MM,and is one of the main causes of death.In recent years,the pathogenesis of MM has been further discussed,and some achievements have been achieved.In this paper,we collected and sorted out the relevant literature in nearly 10 years,and summarized the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and diagnosis and treatment by western medicine or the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
