棉籽油冬化工艺参数的选择及冬化后脂肪酸组成的变化

摘要 本文叙述影响棉籽油冬化过程的主要工艺参数及可选择范围.在棉籽油冬化操作中,冷却结晶的降温速率可以采用二段式,也可以采用一段式.采用一段式冷却结晶工艺,只要精炼棉油的初始温度大于21.5℃、平均降温速率不大于1.8℃/h、结晶温度低于8℃、结晶时间不小于46小时,冬化后棉籽油的冷冻试验均能合格(0℃下,5.5小时透明). This paper describs the main technology parameter of influence Cottonseed oil winterisation process and its Change range.In cottonseed oil winterisation operation,the rate of cooling can use either one stage or two stages.In one stage cooling process,so long as the initial temperature of refined cottonseed oil more than 21.5℃,the average cooling rate not more than 1.8℃/h,the crystallisation temperature lower than 8℃,the Crystailisation time more than 46 hours,the cold test of winterised cottonseed oil is qualified(5 1/2 hours to cloud at 0℃).
