摘要 二十二碳五烯酸(Docosapentaenoic acid,DPA)属于多不饱和脂肪酸,主要来源为鱼油和微藻油,对人体健康起着重要作用,在保护神经、抗癌和抗炎等方面有着非常重要的意义。整合目前有关DPA的研究,简要介绍了DPA来源,详细介绍了DPA的合成代谢机理,对DPA的生物学功能进行归纳总结,以期促进利用高产DPA微藻实现DPA生物合成及其功能的深入研究,最终促进微藻稀有功能性油脂DPA在保健品、食品等行业的应用。 Docosapentaenoic acid(DPA),belonging to polyunsaturated fatty acid,is mostly attained from fish oil and microalgae oil,and it plays an important role in human health,such as nerve protection,anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory,etc.The resource of DPA was briefly introduced,the metabolic mechanism of DPA was described in detail,and the biological functions of DPA were summed up so as to promote the depth study on biosynthesis and function of DPA using microalgae with high yield DPA,finally promote the application of rare and functional microalgae oil DPA in health care products,food and other industries.
