摘要 建立了食用油中总砷的超级微波消解-直接定容-石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定法。采用超级微波消解对食用油进行消化前处理,赶酸后直接用去离子水定容至10 m L刻度,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食用油中的总砷。结果表明:在方法条件下标准曲线在2.5~40 ng/m L砷质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999 7,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%~13.0%,定量限为0.032 mg/kg,加标回收率为86.80%~99.63%。该方法简便、灵敏、准确,适用于食用油中总砷的测定。 A method was established to determine the total arsenic in edible oil by ultrawave digestion-direct metered volume-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS).Edible oil was digested by ultrawave digestion system,then it was fixed to 10 m L after acid-driving,and total arsenic content in edible oil was tested by GFAAS.The results showed that the calibration curve of arsenic content was linear in the range of 2.5-40 ng / m L with correlation coefficient of 0.999 7.The recovery of standard addition,limit of quantitation and relative standard deviation was 86.80%-99.63%,0.032 mg / kg and 2.1%-13.0%,respectively.The method had the items of simpleness,sensitiveness and accuracy,which was suitable for determination of total arsenic in edible oil.
